Terms of Service

By accessing or using WatchHub — including the Android TV application and the web panel — the user agrees to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the service.

WatchHub is a media player application for Android TV, accompanied by a web panel for account management. The application does not store, transmit or distribute any kind of media. Access to content depends exclusively on the files and the personal server configured by the user themselves.

WatchHub is NOT a streaming provider, nor a provider of any kind of audiovisual content. We do not supply, sell, distribute, recommend or maintain any kind of media catalog, entertainment files, broadcasts or any other material protected by copyright.

To use the panel, you must create an account using truthful and current information. The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• All activities carried out under their account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

WatchHub reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for illegal activities.

The user must use WatchHub in a legal and ethical manner, respecting copyright law and the licenses of their own digital files. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using WatchHub to distribute pirated, illegal or copyright-infringing content.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Using the WatchHub brand to imply endorsement of illegal content.
• Submitting false information during registration.
• Using bots, scrapers or unauthorized automation.

WatchHub is a neutral media player. We do not monitor, do not edit, and have no control over the content played by the user. WatchHub is not liable for:

• Illegal content accessed through the user's personal server.
• Copyright infringements committed by the user.
• Unavailability of the personal server configured by the user.
• Any damages arising from files or the personal server configured by the user.

All code, design, branding, logos and content of the WatchHub platform are the exclusive property of their creators and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, modification or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

These Terms may be modified at any time. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, to settle any disputes, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
