WatchHub is a media player application for Android TV. The application does not store, transmit or distribute any kind of media. Operation requires synchronization with the user's personal media server, and the user is solely responsible for the use of their credentials.

The WatchHub application does not collect, store or share personal data or any kind of user information during playback. All activities performed within the application are the sole responsibility of the user.

To create and maintain an account on the web panel, we may collect minimal registration data (email, name and country) — used exclusively for authentication and service communications.

WatchHub does not host, store, transmit or distribute media content. Access to content depends exclusively on the files and the personal server configured by the user themselves. All copyright and licensing of accessed content is the sole responsibility of the user. The user must ensure that they have authorization to access and play such content.

The user must use WatchHub in a legal and ethical manner, respecting copyright law and the licenses of their own digital files. The application does not encourage the misuse of copyright-protected content and is not liable for any improper use by the user.

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), the user may request access, correction or deletion of registration data at any time via the contact email.

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of WatchHub after any modification means that the user agrees to the new terms.
